On completion and return of this form you should assume that you are booked onto the event and that the booking will be held for two weeks. An invoice will be issued immediately upon receipt of the booking and prompt payment of the invoice will secure the booking. Detailed joining instructions and pre-course material will be forwarded four weeks prior to the commencement of the course, subject to payment having been received.

Terms and Conditions of Booking

Refunds due to cancellation

Refunds will be made on fully secured bookings as follows:

4 weeks prior to the event – 50% of the total fee
2 weeks prior to the event – no refund available

Inability to complete the course

No refund is available if delegates are unable to complete the course once it has started. In such cases rebooking may incurr a charge.
